Shipment to some countries may subject to import duties and sales tax, please noted that recipient will be response to the duties and sales tax.
Delivery time: Orders are processed soon after completed transaction with full payment, and your items will ship to you as soon as possible. You may expect to receive your orders within 2-3 days for Hong Kong customers (excluding the day placing the order and the customers in the outlying islands). For customers from other areas please refer to the chart above.

If no-one is home then we will attempt to follow the "If not home" instructions you have provided on checkout
If this fails then we will attempt to contact you on the telephone number(s) supplied at checkout to make alternate arrangements
If this fails then the goods will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, regretfully LittleAndMe may charge for redelivery or redirection of failed orders. This charge will be at cost only.

Please note that delivery may be delayed if a typhoon signal No.8 is raised or black rainstorm warning is in effect. In these instances you will be informed of the delay and the new delivery time.

We cannot accept responsibility for goods left at the customer's request.

Shipment to some countries may subject to import duties and sales tax, any additional costs including but not limited to import duties and sales tax are to be on account of the customer.
